Why choose Greenway for junk removal?
Junk removal service depends on the volume of items. Our minimum job is. A 1/4 truck runs a 1/2 truck is 3/4 truck is and a full truck is. Specialty items like hot tubs and pianos are quoted separately. Every quote is given upfront before we start the job. See the full . New customers get$25 off their first service.
Is there a minimum job size?
Our minimum is for any single-item or small pickup. Below that the fuel, crew time, and disposal fees don't work out. The minimum still gets you the full licensed-and-insured Greenway crew and no surprises.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We quote the full job upfront before we start. The quote you get is the quote you pay. The only potential add-ons are things we'd discuss with you first — like if you add more items after we arrive, or request same-day service (which has a rush fee).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied with the work.
Do you price-match competitors?
We focus on giving honest, no surprises rather than matching competitor quotes line-by-line. That said, if you have a written quote from a licensed and insured competitor for the same job, call us at (321) 257-2413 and we'll work with you. See how we compare to other companies.

Scheduling

Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes. Same-day service is available across all 15 cities we serve, subject to crew availability. Call by 10am for the best chance at a same-day slot. Same-day service carries a rush fee.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We're open Saturday from 8am to 5pm. We're closed on Sundays for family time, but we can schedule Sunday jobs in advance for emergency situations — call (321) 257-2413.
Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. Weekday appointments run as late as 7pm. If you need a later slot because of work, tell us when you book and we'll try to accommodate it.
How do I book a job?
Three easy ways: call or text (321) 257-2413, fill out the free quote form on our homepage, or message us on Facebook or Instagram (@greenwayjunkservices). Most quotes are returned within an hour.
What's your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled window. Life happens — we won't charge you if you need to reschedule. Just call us as early as possible so we can fill the slot.

What We Take

Do you take hazardous waste?
No. We cannot take wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks (full), pool chemicals, pesticides, or other hazardous materials. We're happy to tell you where to dispose of these properly — usually your local county household hazardous waste drop-off. See the full what we take page.
Do you take refrigerators and other freon appliances?
Yes, we take refrigerators, freezers, window AC units, and other freon-containing appliances. Please mention it when booking so we can plan for proper freon handling and disposal.
Can I leave paint cans out for pickup?
Only if the paint is fully dried out. Pour kitty litter or paint hardener into the can, let it dry completely, then we can take it with regular junk. Wet paint cannot be hauled.
Do you take tires?
Yes, we take tires. There is a small per-tire disposal fee because tire recycling centers charge us to accept them. We'll quote it when you book.
What happens to the items you haul?
We're an eco-friendly company. Reusable items go to local donation centers. Metal gets recycled. Electronics go to certified e-waste recyclers. Only what truly cannot be reused or recycled goes to the landfill. We minimize waste wherever we can.

The Process

Do I need to be home during the job?
Not necessarily. As long as the items are accessible (outside the home, in an open garage, or in a marked area) and you've approved the quote in advance, you don't have to be present. Many customers leave access instructions and pay by Zelle or card after we send a photo of the finished work.
How long does a typical junk removal take?
A single-item or 1/8 truck pickup: 15-30 minutes. A 1/4 truck job: 30-60 minutes. A half-truck garage cleanout: 1-2 hours. A full-truck home cleanout: 2-4 hours. Estate and hoarder cleanouts can take a full day or multiple days.
How many crew members come for a job?
Standard jobs get a 2-person crew. Larger jobs (estate cleanouts, full-home moves, hot tub removal) get 3-4 crew. We'll match the crew size to the job so it gets done efficiently.
Do you sweep up after the job?
Yes. Every job ends with us sweeping and tidying the area. We leave the space cleaner than we found it — it's part of the standard service, not an add-on.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. Full-service means we do all the lifting and hauling from wherever the items are — inside the house, in the attic, in the basement, in the backyard. You don't lift a finger.

What cities do you serve?
Greenway Removal serves 15 Central Florida cities: Kissimmee, Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, Poinciana, Davenport, Clermont, Groveland, Winter Garden, Windermere, Lake Nona, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, and Winter Park. See our service areas page for the full list.
How far outside Kissimmee will you travel?
Our standard service area is about a 40-mile radius from Kissimmee. If you're outside that, call us — we'll often still come out for larger jobs with a small travel fee quoted upfront.
Is there an extra fee if I'm far from Kissimmee?
Within our 15-city core service area there is no extra fee. Outside that area we may add a small travel fee, which we quote upfront so there are no surprises.
How fast do you respond to quote requests?
Most quotes come back within the hour during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm). Text messages and form submissions get a reply even faster than calls sometimes.

Specialty & Safety

Do you remove hot tubs?
Yes. Hot tub removal is one of our specialties — most other junk haulers refuse them. We drain, disassemble in place, and haul. Contact us for a quote — it depends on size, location, and access. See our specialty removal hub.
Do you move and remove pianos?
Yes. We remove upright pianos, baby grands, and full grands. Pricing: depending on type, stairs, and access. Pianos require a trained crew — don't let an untrained hauler attempt it.
Do you remove gun safes?
Yes. Gun safes are heavy (often 500-1,500+ lbs) and require a larger crew and specialized equipment. Contact us for a quote.

Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. ¡Sí, hablamos español! We have native Spanish speakers on every crew, and our Spanish website is at www.greenwayremovalservices.com/espanol. Call (321) 257-2413 and ask for Spanish, or just speak Spanish when we answer — we'll take care of you in either language.
Are you a local family-owned company or a franchise?
Locally owned and family-operated. We're not a franchise. The same family answers the phone, quotes your job, and runs the trucks. We live and work in Central Florida.

Tipping & Reviews

Should I tip the crew?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. If the crew does a great job and you want to tip, competitive rates per crew member for a standard job or for a full-truck cleanout is typical. Many customers also leave tips on larger items like hot tubs.
How do I leave a review?
