Call anyway. Our 2pm cutoff (12pm for outer areas) is the guaranteed same-day window, but it's not a hard wall. A few times every week we pick up a late call because one of our trucks is wrapping up a job near your address, or because a crew has an unexpected opening in their afternoon.
Worst case: if we truly can't get you today, we book you first thing tomorrow morning at our standard rate — no same-day surcharge. Most customers are fine with that when they realize "same-day" and "7am tomorrow" are, functionally, just 12 hours apart and cheaper.
