What's included in swing set removal?

  • Full demolition. Structural lumber and metal frames come apart with saws and impact drivers.
  • Hardware cleanup. Every bolt, screw, chain, and S-hook gets picked up — no leftover metal in the grass for bare feet or mower blades.
  • Ground raking. Mulch pits get raked flat; sand pits get smoothed. We don't haul mulch/sand unless you ask.
  • Recycling. Metal slides, chains, and frames go to the scrap yard. Pressure-treated wood goes to a C&D landfill.
  • Optional concrete dig-out. If the posts were set in concrete and you want a clean yard, we dig out the footings and haul them.

How long does it take?

A metal swing set is down in under an hour. A mid-size wood playset is 1.5–2.5 hours. A large cedar fort with a roof and multiple decks can take 2–3 hours.

Do I need to take anything apart first?

No. Leave it exactly where it stands. We bring all the tools, ladders, and crew. If the kids have toys or accessories stored inside the fort, move those out ahead of time.

Can you try to donate it?

If the playset is in solid shape and you let us know when booking, we'll attempt to find a family or daycare that wants it. Intact donation removals take longer because we can't use saws.
